Returns & Exchanges

At Buttercup Bras, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn bras with all original labels attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
